für Vielschreiber perfekt geeignet
Meine Erfahrung an Smartphone-Betriebssystemen erstreckt sich über PalmOS, Windows mobile, Symbian S60, iPhone OS (jetzt iOS), webOS und Android. An neueren Geräten explizit Palm Centro, diverse XDA's, Nokia e66 und N97mini, iPhone 3G, Palm Pre, Galaxy Spica, X10, HTC Desire...
Alle Systeme und Geräte habe ich nicht nur kurz getestet sondern wirklich in Gebrauch gehabt, kann also durchaus Vergleiche ziehen.

An dem X10 mini pro reizt mich vor allem die mechanische Tastatur und die geringe Größe. Mit reinen Touchscreen-Modellen bin ich nie richtig warm geworden, nur leider ist die Auswahl an Volltastatur-Geräten sehr gering:
N97 mini: Zu träge in der Bedienung, resistiver Touchscreen
Palm Pre: Verarbeitungsmängel und fehlende Widgets (ich will meine Termine auf dem Homescreen!)
Milestone: Zu groß

So habe ich mich also sehr auf das X10 mini pro gefreut. Nach einem Tag, was bleibt:
- kleines, dunkles, grob aufgelöstes Display
- Pummelchen
Ansonsten ein top Gerät.

Die vielen positiven Dinge kann man sich in zahlreichen youtube-videos angucken, einfach mal nach "x10 mini pro pocketpcch" suchen. In diesen Videos wird alles sehr detailliert vorgestellt, so viel kann ich hier gar nicht schreiben. Die Bedienung ist geschickt gelöst, das Gerät reaktionsschnell, schick und gut verarbeitet.


Kommen wir also direkt zu meinen Anmerkungen:

Display:
1) klein (hätten ruhig auch 2,8 Zoll sein können)
2) geringe Auflösung (320x240) --> für iPhone-Jünger oder bisher Standard-Handy-Nutzer OK, wer aber mal ein X10/Desire/Milestone/iPhone4 in der Hand hatte wird extrem enttäuscht sein, es erscheint viel gröber
3) dunkel! In der Sonne nicht abzulesen, da dann auf dem Niveau des Desires. In Innenräumen merklich dunkler. Geht aber noch, verstehe es trotzdem nicht. Ja, hatte die Helligkeit aus Maximum.

Tastatur:
An sich perfekt, schöne Größe, aber die Beleuchtung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Diese schaltet sich je nach Umgebungslicht automatisch ein. Im Stockdunklen kein Problem, wenn es hell ist auch nicht. Ist es "halbdunkel" sieht man aber praktisch nichts mehr. Die Tasten sind silbrig und die ansonsten schwarzen Buchstaben werden hell beleuchtet. Man hat also helle Tasten mit jetzt hellem Aufdruck - Lesbarkeit gleich NULL. Wirklich!
Die Leertaste lässt sich merklich schwerer drücken als die übrigen Tasten, aber nur wenn man sie mittig drückt. Liegt wohl daran, dass diese 2 "Knackfrösche" nutzt. Ich drücke sie einfach immer seitlich, passt auch.

Slide-Mechanismus:
Macht einen soliden Eindruck. In etwa auf dem Niveau des Nokia e66, besser als Palm Pre
